MANSFIELD — Last week local clergy met with the Richland County Board of Commissioners to discuss the importance of religious freedom. Faith leaders made the point if they are not free to practice their religion, the community will suffer. The presentation was to commemorate January 16th, 2014 as Religious Freedom
