Toledo Rabbi shares love of GOD to Holocaust survivors in Israel (VIDEO)

TOLEDO — January 27th is International Holocaust Remembrance Day. In what he says is the most “unique and memorable moments” of his spiritual life, Messianic Rabbi Kirt Schneider recalls a trip he made to the heart of Israel where he brought hope and healing to a group of Holocaust survivors still alive today in Jerusalem.

Rabbi Schneider oversees Lion of Judah World Outreach Center in Toledo and has a internationally known show “Discovering the Jewish Jesus.” He feels a “heavy responsibility” to share the love of God, and in doing so, the Lord used him to remind the survivors of a powerful truth: Unity has kept the deep history of the Jewish people alive, even as evil ones tried to snuff it out.

And that fact, Rabbi Schneider says, is due to the miraculous way the Spirit of the Lord appeared to the ancient Israelites and continues to appear to those who love Him now.

“God wants us to throw off unbelief. He wants to throw off the darkness, and He wants to give you the same light and the same revelation He gave the children of Israel 3,500 years ago at Mount Sinai,”

“God wants us to throw off unbelief. He wants to throw off the darkness, and He wants to give you the same light and the same revelation He gave the children of Israel 3,500 years ago at Mount Sinai,” Schneider says.

And with this unity fresh in their hearts, Rabbi Schneider called those in attendance to further the mission of the Lord.

The Vice-Chairman of Israel Ghetto Prisoners Association presented Rabbi Schneider a plaque saying, “Your heartfelt message was inspiring. Your words are precise and influenced everyone’s hearts.”

One of the Holocaust survivors in attendance named Sarah said, “He (Rabbi Schneider) is a very exciting speaker, full of energy. What impressed me the most was the conviction of his faith in every word his spoke.”

Rabbi Schneider believes the horror of the Holocaust and the miraculous hope the GOD of Israel provides the world should never be forgotten.

The purpose of International Holocaust Remembrance Day is two-fold: to serve as a date for official commemoration marking the anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenauof and to promote Holocaust education throughout the world.
